Refund & Return Policy

At Kosh Plus, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain the following return and refund policy and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

Returns

For safety, quality control, and health reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed products.

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • The product is unopened and unused.
  • The product is returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product remains in its original packaging and condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within the same day it was received. 

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping package

Once approved, we may provide one of the following:

  • A replacement product at no extra charge for shipping after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • Store credit.
  • A refund at our discretion.
  • A restocking fee will apply to all approved refunds.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Partially consumed products
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or clearance items
  • Products purchased more than 14 days after delivery

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, only the purchase price of the product will be refunded.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within the same day of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

A restocking fee will apply to all returned and approved products, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
